Another useful tip : If you have a phone that gets stucked before even starting because the firmware file got corrupted, you'll need to do the following key combination to start it in recovery mode :
Press the "Push to Talk" and "Speaker" Keys together, and power on the phone, you'll see a small sign at the top of the screen saying "Recovery mode", then you'll need to plug the USB cable and access the web interface to upload a new firmware file onto your phone.
